When trying to logon to MyUMES, I receive 'The credentials you provided cannot be determined to be authentic.' 


This usually means you are entering your password incorrectly, your password has expired, or your account was disabled due to inactivity. 

First, please try entering your username and password again, making sure to enter it properly. 

If you feel you may have forgotten your password, or you think it has passed the expiration date of 120 days, click on the 'Forgot Password' link on the MyUMES login page. 

If that still does not work, your account may be disabled due to inactivity.  This often happens if you did not change your password for over 150 days.  To have your account re-enabled, contact your help desk.
